The "No Bike, No Pool, No Problem" program is designed specifically to introduce the MultiSport activities of swim, bike and run along with core and combination activities without the constraints of limited resources, equipment or location…scooters, fitness balls, stretch bands and medicine balls replace the pool and bike. MultiSport Activity Cards are included that allow the teacher to choose a single activity or create a combination of activities that instruct students to work with peers or in small group settings to accomplish a task. Major Muscle Exercise Sheets complement the MultiSport Activity Cards guiding participants to identify, understand and appreciate their major muscle structure, while encouraging them to use and strengthen their complex major muscle core system throughout their lives.

No Bike, No Pool, No Problem Program is:

  • Designed to promote and improve the student’s physical fitness, incorporating total body fitness, including the five health-related components of physical fitness.
  • Encourages students to participate in regular physical activity outside of physical education.
  • Designed to educate the “whole” student, not simply the motor skills.
  • Provides students with opportunities to learn and practice skills related to swim, bike, run and upper body, lower body and core fitness activities.
