Alive with MissionMe!® High School Multisport Program is a comprehensive, nontraditional physical education (PE) curriculum designed to promote increased physical activity and skills at the High School Level. It contains 25 lessons divided into six units: Introduction; Core; Bike; Run; Swim; Combination; and, ending with a Final Event. Each lesson is sequentially based and arms the instructor with the necessary tools to promote a successful and fun learning environment. All lessons include purpose, objectives, standards, content, concepts, competencies, assessment ideas, materials, teaching tips, use of technology, procedures for teaching, warm up and cool down activities, and ideas for questions to inspire student journaling. The AMM High School MultiSport Program aligns with NASPE National Standards and is adapted to reflect USA Triathlon athlete appropriate competencies. Teacher resources include suggestions for equipment and activity adaptations for special populations.
